Applicants: Once applied and tagged. A 30day Trial Raider period begins. During that time you're evaluated based on skill, attitude and overall mesh with the guild. You're secondary priority for raid slots and last priority for loot. You're not tagged to see how fast we can gear you up. We reserve the right to shorten or extend Trial Raider period as we see fit. If you're MIA for a extended period of time during your Trial Raider period, it will be extended. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WILL BE GOING MIA FOR MORE THAN A FEW DAYS DURING THIS TIME (well, any time really). If you just suddenly disappear without word for weeks, you will more than likely be booted if you don't let us know what's up.

REMEMBER: Once you have that tag above your head, you are expected to carry it with pride. Not make an ass out of your self publicly on public forums as well as public channels. It will NOT be tolerated. In guild chat is one thing, we all do it sometimes. But publicly we are to carry ourselves with at least some dignity.

Trial Raiders: Please show common respect to the guild members, as we will do to you. Once tagged, its not signal to start begging off the guild for things such as crafted items, materials, runs for alts through low lvl instances and whatnot. That doesn't mean you can't ask, but do so respectfully and only once or twice. Don't spam the guild chat with lame requests for everything you think you can get your hands on, that behavior will not be tolerated from Trial Raider or members. It's also not our obligation to drop everything we're doing when you ask for a group. Not saying guild members wont help you out, but I AM saying that we're not going to 100% of the time drop what we're doing just to run you through that instance. Believe it or not, we've had issue with this from a few Trial Raiders which is why I even mention it. We know normally most people have things such as common courtesy and whatnot. Just remember manners and all should be well, same goes for members.
